A tailored sleep guide curated specifically for you and your babies sleep goals delivered after the initial Zoom consult
Unlimited access to certified Sleep Consultant/Registered Midwife via email/text (scheduled call) for 4 weeks from when we implement the changes outlined in you personal sleep guide
1x 60 min Zoom one week into the program
1x 30 min follow up call which can be used up to 2 months after we have completed our work together
We provide judgment free support and work within your comfort zone to achieve the sleep goals for you and your baby.
