Sleep Consultation Packages (4 Months - 2 Years)
From 4 months we offer gentle hands on assistance with your babies sleep. Helping with settling techniques, establishment of routines and assistance with sleep issues. All our sleep packages can have home visits added to them if you require hands on support while implementing the sleep guides we curate for you.
At Nurture Postnatal we do not use the Cry it Out Method, we support you to support your little one learning to self settle.

This package is perfect for you if you are wanting maximum support throughout the process of making changes to your babies current sleep habits/routines.
What’s included:
Initial Zoom consult 60 mins to assess your needs and goals
A tailored sleep guide curated specifically for you and your babies sleep goals delivered after the initial Zoom consult
Unlimited access to certified Sleep Consultant/Registered Midwife via email/text (scheduled call) for 4 weeks from when we implement the changes outlined in you personal sleep guide
1x 60 min Zoom one week into the program
1x 30 min follow up call which can be used up to 2 months after we have completed our work together
We provide judgment free support and work within your comfort zone to achieve the sleep goals for you and your baby.

This package is perfect if you are looking for a less tailored approach to achieve your sleep goals.
What’s included:
30 minute initial Zoom consult with Certified Sleep Consultant/ Registered Midwife to achieve your sleep goals
Our Standard Sleep Guide with some specific details relating to the sleep goals of your baby
1 week of unlimited text/email contact with me to support you through implementing your plan
1x 30 min follow up call which can be used up to 2 months after we have completed our week of sleep work
We provide judgment free support and work within your comfort zone to achieve the sleep goals for you and your baby

This package is perfect for you if you are looking to troubleshoot some minor sleep concerns and implement small changes towards better sleep for your baby.
What’s included:
1x 60 minute Zoom call with a Certified Sleep Consultant with the option to add additional calls or further packages should more assistance be required
You will leave the call with the tools to help you achieve your sleep goals

Wish you could take the buzzer home from the hospital with you and maybe a midwife or two? Our Postnatal Support Packages allow you to do just this. We provide 1:1 support with a Registered Midwife and Sleep Consultant to help establish a rhythm in the transition from hospital to home. Options for fourth trimester support in your own home or via the phone.
Postnatal Support Packages

Private postnatal support with a Registered Midwife in the comfort of your own home.
What’s included:
2.5 hour initial home visit from as early as the first week you are home from hospital. Support with general mother-crafting (swaddling, bathing etc), feeding support and sleep/settling/routine guidance
Follow up home visit 2 weeks later 1.5 hour
2 weeks access to support from a Midwife via email/ phone
Written guide on settling your baby into the home, safe sleep environment, repetitive cycles of care and much more.
Price $850
*Additional Home Visits can be arranged $160/hr

Call the Midwife! Prefer a less hands on approach? This package is the one for you.
What’s included:
1:1 support from a Registered Midwife via Zoom in the first week and phone or email for the following 2 weeks.
1x hour Zoom call the week you return home from hospital with a follow up 30 min zoom two weeks later
3 weeks access to support from a Midwife via phone/ email beginning from your initial zoom call
Written guide on settling your baby into the home, safe sleep environment, repetitive cycles of care and much more

Hands on support in your home, whether it’s settling into home after hospital or support with feeding, bathing or learning to settle baby we can cover it all in the comfort of your own home
